Great ideas!

I wanted to share some other great activities that I was shown last year.ScienceScience have done some amazing work using videos, animation and the recorded voice. They have taken very complex ideas and used these media approaches to allow pupils to break them and reform them into a "student friendly" end products. Mr Thomas' Group worked together to create this interesting Podcast on DNA Replication where they put voices and emotions to the different aspectsClick here to have a listen and you can also read the rational here.Maths have also been busy with the use of MyMaths as you can see below to work on complex ideas and independent learning. They have used  Show Me and Explain Everything as a method for sharing knowledge and having the pupils produce resource materials.

Last year there was also some interesting work in PE when they created groups that had to create teams that competed against each other using Twitter:
